Rooms
Grandma's Parlor
This room is a tribute to Joe's grandmothers. It was known as the "Parlor" or the " Best Living Room."

The south-side windows overlook the flower garden that is said to have been begun by Pasco White, wife of John O. White, for whom the house was built. Artemisia White, wife of Jacob L. White, the son of John O. and Pasco White, continued to love and care for this garden during her lifetime at Springfield. The gardening tradition is carried on by the current lady of the house.

This room has twin beds, refrigerator and a full private bath room.
The Hunt Room
Painted hunter green and decorated with our daughter's favorite riding attire, this room is a tribute to the daughters who used it.

A wardrobe is provided for the use of our guests. It is quite old, but is not a family piece.

The wooden chest at the foot of the bed was built by Joe's great-grandfather Rogerson. It has wooden hinges, and each of the six sides is a single width of board.
This room has a queen size bed, refrigerator, full private bath room and cable TV.
Tama's Room
This room remained one of the most original with its bead board ceiling. Painted warm yellow, the room has an oak bedroom suite that is original to the house. The bed was converted to a queen size. This room has a private full bath room and cable TV. The sheep collection is a tribute to the sheep that roamed the yard and lot.
There is now a twin bed in this room also. An extra charge of $25.00 for a child under 12 years old or a $40.00 charge for an adult will be charged each night for use of the extra bed and food.
