We know there are times when commitments cannot be kept. We rely mainly on advanced reservations and cancelations cannot be readily filled. Therefore, to be fair to all concerned, please note the following:

An advanced deposit of one night’s rate by credit card or check is required when reserving a room. A Master Card, Visa or Discover Card may be used for deposit. We do not run cards in advance of your arrival. We would rather swipe your card when you come unless you are a no show, we will run it then.

 

We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover Cards, traveler’s checks, personal or company checks and cash.

 

Reservations are encouraged but not required. 

 

Rates are $150.00 for a one night stay and $140.00 for two or more nights stay, based on 2 people occupancy. Price does not include taxes.

Accommodations for children are limited (Please check in advance of your arrival). There is a $25.00 fee per child for each night’s stay for children up to 12 years of age. After that if a third person is also in the room the cost will be $40.00 per night plus taxes.

 

In order to receive a refund of your deposit, we must receive your cancelation at least 7 days prior to the 3:30pm check in time on your scheduled date of arrival.

Check in is between 3:30pm and 9pm.  Please give an approximate time of arrival.

​

Call ahead for early or late arrivals.

​

Breakfast is served week days (Monday – Friday) at 7:45am, Saturdays at 8am and Sundays at 8:30am. (we will gladly accommodate with earlier breakfast schedules for those who need it). Enjoy generous portions of traditional country entrees accompanied by fruit and our house specialty, homemade biscuits with jams, jellies and cheese.  Please advise if you are not a coffee drinker, have any food allergies or particular dislikes ahead of time.

An afternoon dessert or evening refreshments will be provided if you desire it.

​

Smoking is only permitted on the porch or outside in the fresh air. Please do not throw butts in the yard, pond, barns or flower beds. Look for flower pots with sand in them. Thanks
