Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policies
We know there are times when commitments cannot be kept. We rely mainly on advanced reservations and cancellations cannot be readily filled. Therefore, to be fair to all concerned, please note the following:
· An advanced deposit of one night’s rate, by credit card or check is required when reserving a room. A master card or visa card may be used for deposit if there is insufficient time to mail a check. Balance of payment is due upon arrival. · In order to receive a refund of your deposit, we must receive your cancellation at least 7 days prior to the 3:30 p.m. check in time on your scheduled date of arrival. · Reservations are encouraged, but not required. · Accommodations for children are limited. (Please check in advance of your arrival). There is a $10.00 fee per child for each nights stay. · Check in is between 3:30 pm and 9 pm. Please give an approximate time of arrival. · Call ahead for early or late arrivals. · Breakfast served daily at 8:00 am, Sundays 8:30 am. Enjoy generous portions of traditional country entrees accompanied by fruit and the house specialty, homemade biscuits with jams, jellies, and cheese. · An afternoon dessert or evening refreshments will be provided. · Rates are seasonal, ranging from $75.00 to $95.00 per night per room for 2 people occupancy. Price does not include tax. · We accept master card and visa, travelers checks, personal or company checks, and cash. · Smoking only permitted outside in the fresh air. · Pets accepted by permission only with an additional $10.00 fee per night per pet. · Free Wireless Internet · NC Sanitation Score — A 100.0 |
